Any designs, layouts, or assets created by users through the App remain the intellectual property of the respective user, unless Canva’s Terms of Use state otherwise. Please refer to Canva’s Terms of Use for further information regarding ownership of user-generated content.
By using the App, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Box Layout and other users.

Limitations of Liability

While we strive to provide a seamless and reliable experience, please note that:

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free operation of the App.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use (or inability to use) the App.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

Refund Policy (if applicable to future paid features)

All purchases made within the App are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for premium features, subscriptions, or one-time payments.
No refunds will be issued for partial use or non-use of the App.
